Cathy is an enthusiastic management coach, consultant and public speaker. She has worked with individuals and organizations in 45 states and the United Kingdom. Her experiences include conducting over 800 private and public seminars with topics focusing on the processes and skills of communication, leadership, teamwork, and conflict management. Her clients span a wide variety of disciplines from medical organizations, banking institutions, manufacturers to public entities. She is a Certified Total Quality Management Facilitator form ODI in Boston, Massachusetts and has been on the board of directors for multiple not-for-profit organizations. Cathy developed, “The Foundation – Managing Your Stuff” a personal management program that focuses on non-negotiables; respect, integrity and continuous improvement. “Managing Your Stuff” shifts businesses away from babysitting staff to individual responsibility and accountability.
